If you want to order with a check or money order, just click on the order form link, print out the form and send it in with your payment. If you are not completely satisfied. We will give you a fast courteous refund or exchange within 30 days of your purchase. Only Ohio residents pay 7.0% sales tax.

Express: (0 to 30.00=$13.95), (30.01 to 60.00=$15.95), (60.01 to 90.00=$17.95), (90.01 to 120.00=$19.95), (120.01 to 200.00=$27.95), over $200 is 15% of order.
