If you are getting a loan from a bank they will want a business plan and you will probably have to add to these figures 3 months of wages for your employees to play it safe. I opened up with no reserve for the employees. The sales had to cover it. This is risky. But I'm a risk taker. Did not borrow the money from the bank. I do not recommend this. The store that I opened was only a 400 square foot store though, very small.

$36 per square foot. We don't recommend over 3000 S.F. because with our unique pegboard cubes shelving system, you get a lot of stuff in one store. It should also be at least 1000 S.F. in order to be profitable.

This is a high estimate and whatever is left over you can put it back into your business. The only money you will send us is money for the initial franchise fee of $5000, and if you want me to go there to train you on equipment or set up the store. This cost is extra. You will save literally thousands of dollars if you do it yourself with me coaching you through phone and emails. The main training is on the cash register. This training is done through Quick Books. They have their own training people that come to you. I can give you a diagram on the set up of the store. It's really not that hard. There is also an on going quarterly 3% royalty on sales that is sent to us.
